The Chosen - Season 0 Episode 326

In Episode 6, we saw the first Communion at the Last Supper. The Chosen’s portrayal stuck closely to Jesus’ words straight from the Gospels, but there’s a longstanding Catholic-Protestant disagreement over how to interpret those words. How literal or figurative was Jesus being when He said, “This is my body,” and “This is my blood”? In this discussion, Father Guffey clearly presents the Catholic viewpoint.
