Sofia continues to torture Bala Hatun by keeping her captive. Halime, who overheard Sofia's conversation with Bala, confronts her. Bala Hatun, now certain that her daughter is alive, plans to escape captivity and find her daughter. Osman Bey, who hasn't found any concrete evidence of Bala Hatun's survival, is informed by Halime/Poena that Bala Hatun is alive. Osman Bey sets out to save Bala Hatun, but Sofia takes her to a hidden monastery. Osman Bey hopes to reunite with Bala Hatun and their daughter Halime, while facing the challenge posed by Sofia.
